Business Manager, Part-Time
Hourly, Entry Level/Junior: $12/hr to start, with review raise after 3 months
Location: Rockford, IL
We are in need of a part-time Business Manager in our Rockford studio! Many of the responsibilities of this job involve a lot of correspondence with Lisa Frost, Production Managers and Quickbooks...seriously, lots of correspondence with Quickbooks. Our ideal candidate has amazing accounting skills, chart and spread sheets expertise, and can create Budgets and make profit and loss statements. Some knowledge of boutique retail experience strongly preferred. After all, it's always helpful to know the industry. We need a thinker and a self starter.We need someone who is quick and sharp as a tack. WE need someone who can find out answers and learn and teach when needed. You will also need to have a solid work ethic, be able to work independently, be a quick study, take great care with details, and be open-hearted and kind with a sense of humor, who understands growth and has patience to work with a small business. I need someone I can trust to represent me and to be honest and inspire me. This could be an entry level position for the right person and has the opportunity to become a lucrative full-time position.
MBA preferred!

Account Coordinator and Sales Rep, Part-Time
Hourly, Entry Level/Junior: $12/hr to start, with review/raise after 3 months
Location: Rockford, IL
We are in need of a part-time Account Coordinator in our Rockford studio! Many of the responsibilities of this job involve a lot of correspondence with store buyers...seriously, lots of correspondence with buyers. Our ideal candidate is an amazing written and verbal communicator, with boutique retail experience strongly preferred. After all, you'll be dealing with tons of store buyers and knowing what matters most to them is a tremendous asset in this role. You will also need to have a solid work ethic, be able to work independently, be a quick study, take great care with details, and be open-hearted and kind with a sense of humor. I need someone I can trust to represent me. This could be an entry level position for the right person.
Your main responsibilities will include things like:
–Serving as our internal contact for sales reps and retailers (when they need something, you’re their gal or guy!)
–Calling retailers and sales reps to clarify order issues
–Helping to figure out systems
–Entering wholesale order information into Handshake sales software (research) and/or QuickBooks
–Organize and streamline processes for the sales team
–Scheduling and communicating wholesale orders
–Coordinating trade show, booth, and sales rep
–Occasional travel for trade shows, as needed
–Assisting with pre-and post-trade show marketing & follow-up
–Responding to store requests for wholesale information and connecting them
