PAYMENT

  • Payment is accepted via the PayPal site that accepts all major credit cards,

    even if you don’t have a PayPal account.

  • Please note that you will be taken out of our site briefly while you pay for

    your order at PayPal. You will then be redirected back to this site after your payment has been made. You will also receive an order confirmation email from us.

  • We are unable to accept money orders, checks or small puppies for payment at this time.

SHIPPING
  • We charge a flat rate of $12 for shipping.

  • All orders ship once a week

  • All orders are shipped through FedEx Ground

  • Please be certain that your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong location.

  • Once your order has shipped we will send you an email letting you know. All packages will receive a tracking number via FedEx Ground. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we are unable to process international orders. So sorry.

 

REFUNDS

Regretfully we cannot offer refunds. We want you to be happy so we will gladly do an exchange. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order to info@lisafroststudio.com to discuss. We are not responsible for additional shipping fees on exchanged items
