It's APPLE time. Yesterday I made this little Apple Cake. It was EASY and crowd pleasing! Any variety of apple will taste great. I used Granny Smith. It took me about 10 minutes to pull it all together. The house smelled so good as it was baking....OOOOOOwie! It looked beautiful when I pulled it out of the oven! Enjoy! xox lisA Recipe adapted from the Apple Lover's Cookbook by Amy Traverso.
