Time to make the Donuts...Chocolate Cake Donuts!!!
My family LOVES donuts!
I have been wanting to make donuts for quite a while now. I have been intrigued by the Donut Vault in Chicago and Voodoo Donuts in Portland. So I believe the best way to learn something is to dive right and in this case...start creating. I am an artist in the kitchen! Well, I have good news...
I have a YUMMY recipe for YOU! (This recipe has a few secret weapons...like sour cream, African Cocoa and paprika.) I need to thank my Libbie for her constant study of all baked goods. I'm also so grateful to my friends, Peg and Kristina, for sending inspiration my way. This combo of family, friends and passion mixes well when combined.
Enjoy!
