Frosty Cold Infused Water

IMG_5837IMG_5840IMG_5841Want a frosty cold fruit infused water? I just made some. Detox and hydrate... Yum!!! There is nothing to it. Put as much fruit in water as you like and let it stand for 30 minutes or more. Did you know that Cucumber and Lime is helpful for water weight management and appetite control? Strawberry and kiwi for immune system protection and blood sugar regulation? Lemon, Lime and Peach for vitamin C digestion and heartburn? I'm stocking up the fridge right now. Delish.
